The Kingdom

Challenge yourself with a boot camp style workout at the site where the first F3 shovel flags were originally planted in Katy.  Meet in the East parking lot of Kingsland Baptist Church.

  • Tuesday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. 
  • Thursday – 5:30-6:15  a.m. 
  • Saturday – 6:30-7:30  a.m. 
 

Garden of Pain (Sandbag)

The Garden of Pain (GOP) meets Monday/Wednesday at the same location for Sandbag work for 45 minutes, and on Friday for 30/30 – 30 minutes of Sandbag work, then grab a chair, enjoy some coffee, and join the discussion lead by a facilitator who will bring a ‘Question of the week’ for 30 minutes.

Weekly running group option that meets on Wednesday at 5:15 a.m. Run at your own pace – we leave no man behind. Deus Vult!

The Peak

Men of Katy: It’s time to wake up and get to F3 “The Peak” for an incredible free men’s workout. We meet at Fellowship church parking lot across from the YMCA.

  • Thursday – 5:30-6:15  a.m. 
  • Every Other Saturday – 6:30-7:30 a.m. (split w/ Kiln)

The War Horse

Located in the parking lot of Grace Fellowship Church in the heart of Cinco Ranch, join your neighbors and friends for a challenging workout and world-class Coffeteria in the most epic covered patio this region has to offer.

The Kiln

The Kiln:  E. Luto Latere – From clay, bricks.  Come for the fitness and stay for the fellowship. The men of The Kiln use both to remove softness from our lives and replace it with dutiful resolve to be the men, husbands and fathers the Creator intends us to be.

The Kiln meets at Redeemer Community Church in Cinco Ranch.

Embers of the Kiln

 Embers of the Kiln meet at the Pavilion of Willow Fork Park on Monday/Wednesday and Friday at the Redeemer church. We have loaner gear and a great group of guys. Open to men of all abilities and experience levels.

The Arena

Greenfield

Greenfield, a collection of men building Katy’s newest AO from the ground up. Our motto is Tria Virdi Non Rubra – 3 Green, No Red, signifying green lights of the 3Fs of F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith and eliminating the red lights that limit men’s growth. Come join us on the as we forge our path, getting physically and mentally stronger together.
